Depending on the size of the kitchen and the scope of work involved, it often takes anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to renovate a kitchen. Once we’ve quoted your job, we’ll advise you on the timings and talk you through the renovation stages and schedule.
How can I prepare for the kitchen renovation?
In preparation for your kitchen renovation, we ask that you empty all the kitchen’s drawers, cupboards and pantry ready for strip out.
We also recommend that you set up a temporary kitchen in another area of the house. You’ll want a kettle, microwave, toaster and some cups, plates and cutlery. Many families use a microwave, BBQ or camping equipment to cook food during a kitchen renovation and wash up in the laundry.

Yes, we order a skip for the demolition stage of your kitchen renovation and will dispose of all your old cabinetry, flooring, splashback and appliances.
Is a kitchen renovation messy?
A kitchen renovation’s initial strip out / demolition stage can be quite messy, especially if we are taking up your floors. For your convenience, we isolate the areas where demolition is taking place. In addition, we use drop sheets to cover and protect floors/access routes and furniture and undertake a daily clean-up to ensure minimum dust and disruption.
